Foundation House

Foundation House is located in Portland, Maine, one of the top cities in the country for young people in recovery. Our program is built to meet a variety of emotional, and behavioral health needs. When a young man is given the freedom to build a life in early recovery, it is essential that this new level of autonomy be matched with support and guidance. Foundation House offers a dignified bridge between primary treatment and living life in the real world. We teach our residents how to build a life in recovery and to immerse themselves in a community that exceeds their expectations.

Hope for the Day

Hope for the Day (H.F.T.D) is a non-profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. Through outreach, education, and action, we equip people with the right tools to be proactive and start the conversation in their own communities. Through these conversations, we are able to smash the stigma that surrounds mental health, spread hope, and remind people that IT'S OK NOT TO BE OK.
